Evans Fun Fairs operate in accordance with the HSG175 standard for safe practice at fairground and amusement parks. All rides and attractions are tested and passed annually by an independent engineer and carry full £10 million public liability insurance and all relevant risk assessments.

Evans Fun Fairs carry out Daily Inspections of all our attractions and our safety record is second to non in the business. ALL of our staff undergo full training on operating our equipment to HSG175 Standard or Higher and are frequently Monitored throughout the year.

Evans Fun Fairs may record Our Fairs from Time To Time via video, photograph or any other record able media. Your attendance at ANY of our Events or Riding Our Rides shall constitute your approval for inclusion within the filming (whether video or photographic) and audio recording and your approval and permission for Evans Fun Fairs to make full use (including commercial use) of the recordings and the footage taken without any recourse to you or your Family.
