Wild Lotus Aerial Yoga Teacher Training

Bespoke course, at your own pace 16-20hrs training usually over 4-5 session from £850 per person (There are no additional license fees following the course).

A yoga led advancement and deepening of traditional asanas, meditation and breath work. Taking your practice and teaching to a new level and different dimension, cultivating influences from both yoga and circus and includes aspects of pilates, aerial arts and strength training.

Aerial yoga works with a hammock to help students achieve traditional yoga positions (with additional support) as well as circus style tricks and flips.The hammock is also great for assisting a deeper stretch, strength training, core work and alignment and ease of traditional yoga inversions. Handstands and their benefits become accessible to anyone. It can also be used as a therapeutic support to rehabilitate from injury.

The training will include both the theory behind, and practical application of the Aerial Yoga Foundation poses. The training will be concluded though a theory and practical teaching assessment.
