We provide a full end-to-end property inventory service in line with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), as implemented under legislation in 2007 for the protection of landlords and tenants against disputes over deposits.

Wellington parker services its growing range clients by taking advance and last minute bookings 52 weeks a year, including weekends and bank holidays to handling all aspects of the booking cycle taking away some of the stresses from private landlords, estate agents, lettings agents and property managers so they could in turn concentrate on giving the best service in their respective fields, to the satisfaction of all parties.

We are full members of the AIIC (Association of Independent Inventory Clerks). This membership ensure that all our clerks are trained to the highest standard and are kept updated about any changes to the law in relation to the Inventory and the property sector in general as well as providing continuous support.
