We are from a background of Landlords and bring a unique insight to the maintenance issues faced by all landlords from a single property owner to Housing associations with thousands of properties.
We cater for all aspects of maintenance from a leak to a whole property refurbishment.
We cover a wide range of trades Inc. day to day maintenance, reactive maintenance including a night call service, emergency boarding, key holding services, complete void services, electrical & gas testing, EPC certificates, property condition reports which are offered as an adhoc bolt on or a yearly inspection to ensure the properties in question are “safe” to operate which helps identify any risks before the risk becomes a claim.
This is an excellent way for Landlords to ensure they mitigate any liability in the case of an incident and shows good practice in the unlikely event of an incident.
Drainage & sanitation to include Drain jetting and repair, Cctv surveys, drain re lining and root cutting. We also have a dedicated trauma/crime scene control division handling the cleaning and restoration of a property after a violent incident or death.
We offer a deceased estate service, whereby we go in remove the deceased contents either to a secure warehouse where the relatives of the deceased can claim the personal effects of the deceased or the furnishing & effects are disposed of.
All our staff are trained and accredited to handle such situations in a timely, compassionate manner.
We also undertake cleaning and disinfecting of food outlets to include pest control and deep cleans.
