Universal Scooters, Northampton was set up in May 2005 after the proprieter of Northampton's only scooter shop at the time, 'Bob's Universal Autos" retired. We had always worked closely with Bob, helping him service the requirements of the local scootering fraternity and it was a natural step for us to continue on with his good work..

Mainy, there are two of us sorting out the admin, in and out of the workshop all the hours that allow with 50+ years experience of working with Vespa's and Lambrettas between us. As well as getting our hands dirty for the cause in our free time we both help to run the Northants Vespa & Lambretta SC.

As well as selling new and used parts we also offer a full range of servicing, fault diagnosis, repairing or free advice to anyone that asks..

Services include, all spannerwork from servicing to rebuilds,drilling, welding, machineing & tuning. Also, thread repair to alloy casings with timeserts or helicoiling.

We have thousands of brand new & 2nd hand Vespa and Lambretta parts for sale.

Many smaller parts, such as clips, specialised nuts and bolts, 7mm washers, circlips, seals, cables etc etc, all available 'off the shelf'
