Aaron and Kat both hold level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications and their level 3 and 4 qualifications in Sports Massage, along with a host of side CPD courses that compliment what they do. Aaron is undertaking his Master’s Degree in Osteopathy at The British School of Osteopathy (BSO) in London.

They have combined total of 15 years’ in the industry and are highly committed to helping people get back to their daily activities without muscular aches and pains.

They are also massively proud parents of daughter, Amber-Mei, and son, Brandon.
