INITIAL CONSULTATION

I am a strong believer in a holistic approach to my clients’ wellbeing, and therefore I begin each session with a short consultation, to find out what your body needs at that exact moment. Whether it's to relax and unwind after a long week, recover after a heavy gym session or re-energise, if you are feeling a bit lethargic. Your first appointment will last about 15 minutes longer than the time booked, so that we can discuss your general health and make sure there are no contraindications to massage*.
