The Zoo

Launched in July 1999, The Zoo was originally setup as a temporary affair to replace my wife's wages as she'd left her job to pursue a career in Personal Training and needed to complete an intensive ten week course beforehand !!

After the ten weeks was complete, it became apparent that we had our hands on something so at the start of 2000, I handed in my notice ( was working as a Controls Engineer for Siemens ) and jumped in feet first to run the business from home.

Shortly after it became apparent that we needed to move to a unit and at this time, we were attending weekend computer fairs and running a successful mail-order firm. Moved home to Far Forest so moved the business to Bewdley.

Originally we were based in Bridge House on Riverside North, but as our reputation grew, I decided to move to our current location in Load Street. At the same time, the emphasis changed and our prime directive was the repair of pc's and laptops.

Currently operating with 2 engineers, my wife and myself ( with a number of local specialists we call on from time to time ), our workload goes from strength to strength and with a huge database of highly satisfied customers who are more than happy to refer their friends and family to us, our future is indeed rosy.
