The Teapot

The Teapot was established in 1998 and is a family business based in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire, distributors of the Aurora brand of quality loose leaf teas.

Great personal pride and care is taken in ensuring that our loose teas, teapots and kombucha products are of the highest quality and that our customer service and support are deemed excellent.

High priority is given to the quality and freshness of our loose teas. We keep in stock smaller quantities, restocking regularly, which for most teas is a more expensive option. Therefore, in order to provide teas at reasonable prices, we prefer to keep the cost of packaging fairly low. We are environmentally aware and make every effort to minimise the use of unsustainable resources, which includes recycling boxes for postage, if practicable.
