The Ship - Spirit of Enterprise

Designed by visionary and acclaimed architect, Sir Nicholas Grimshaw of the Eden Project biomes and Waterloo International Station. Built in 1993 on a 12-acre site this building became one of the regions most impressive sites. After remaining empty for 2 years, Burrington Estates stepped in to secure the buildings future in July 2015. The goal is to allow this great building to come to life again and for it to genuinely reflect “The Spirit of Enterprise”.

The design of the building benefits from distinct office space over three floors. Each office plate is approximately 18,000 sq. ft. and demises of 1,000 sq. ft. to 50,000 sq. ft. of which can be considered. Super fast Wi-Fi, individually controlled heating / air conditioning and cat 6 cabling is included.

Housed at the “stern” of The Ship, across two floors, the former industrial/commercial space now lends itself through its capacity and scale to numerous alternative uses. The entire area is light with separate entry points making this part of the building an incredible flexible space.

Extensive facilities include catering, a prestigious boardroom. A fully fitted gym, available for tenants of the building, along with pay & display parking.
