My name is Jane Rackham and I have a Sports / Remedial Massage Therapy Clinic in Cheltenham. I have been running this since 2003 and am a registered member of both the International Council of Health, Fitness & Sports Therapists and Sports Massage Association (Level 3 Member).

As well as Sports / Remedial Massage I specialise in advanced / assisted stretching techniques and offer postural advice.

I also work closely with a network of other specialists in Physiotherapy, Oesteopathy, Accupuncture and Thai Massage, thus ensuring that following assessment you are where necessary referred onto the most appropriate therapist to help you with your problem.

I have been working in the Health & Fitness Industry for around 17 years. I am a qualified fitness and gym instructor and still teach a couple of classes now.

More recently I embarked on a new treatment called the Rossiter System a powerful myofascial (connective tissue) stretching treatment. My 1st course was October 2011, my 2nd in May 2012 and my 3rd course will be February 2013. This last course will see me as an Advanced Rossiter Coach.

I am an endurance triathlete, completing my first full Ironman in Regensburg, Germany In 2010. So I know what it takes to keep the body (and mind) in good condition to optimise performance, whilst placing it under the significant stresses and strains of training in three very different disciplines. My aim next year, 2013 is to compete in the Long course weekend in Tenby an Ironman with each discipline completed over consecutive days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

In addition to my clinic I can see clients at my home in Gloucester or can visit you in your own home (by prior arrangement only).
