The Old Vicarage

Located in the village of Bircotes, near the town of Bawtry in South Yorkshire, we are a residential home providing care for the elderly and elderly people with dementia, individually tailoring the needs of each and every resident.
The Old Vicarage, caring for up to 28 residents and centrally located between the towns of Doncaster, Bawtry, Worksop and Retford, is ideally situated only a few miles from the main A1 and M1 motorways and is set amongst extensive gardens providing excellent views of the surrounding countryside.
Being one of the smaller residential care homes in the Nottinghamshire / South Yorkshire area, we can offer the attention to detail that you are certain to be looking for. Residents are encouraged to bring their own possessions and furniture into the home, along with treasured photos and memoirs to truly make them feel comfortable.
We accommodate our guests in well appointed rooms, having twenty-two single and three double bedrooms in total, along side communal dining, living and extensive garden areas offering excellent views.
A variety of activities and events are organised for residents around the year and additional services, such as hair dressing and chiropody are always available, making your stay happy and enjoyable in a home from home atmosphere.
Day care and respite care are also available.
