Ambleside village itself is on your door step and there is no need to use your car to take advantage of all it has to offer. An abundance of walks can be taken from the door, including Loughrigg, Wansfell and Jenkins Crag, cruises and watersports on Lake Windermere a 10 minute walk away as well as all the amenities of the village itself with shopping, restaurants, pubs and a cinema on your doorstep.

Accommodation: All on one level with the entrance taking you into the kitchen/dining/lounge (mood lighting, flat screen TV/DVD, free wi-fi broadband). Two bedrooms a good size master bedroom with king size bed (TV/DVD) and a smaller child's twin room with 2 foot 6" size beds (TV/DVD). Fully tiled and underfloor heated walk in shower room (Walk in shower/basin/wc/heated towel rail).

The property has a very smart and contemporary feel throughout, with great use of colour and lots of quality extras to ensure you have a very enjoyable stay. Underfloor heating throughout and fitted carpets in both bedrooms.
