The Northern Compass delivers private counselling and therapeutic services to individuals and organisations in the North East. We aim to provide individuals with a professional therapeutic service, addressing a wide range of issues ranging from depression to addiction.

Individuals now have access to psychological and emotional treatment which not only can address the immediate effects of anxiety, motivation, confidence etc but can generate a longer lasting change to deeper processes which can cause these obstacles. This specialised treatment can work along side existing sports psychology within the sporting organisation.
