The Lodge CL Site West Harling, Norfolk UK NR16 2SG

Our CL site is situated in quiet, open countryside on land adjoining our coarse fishery (Middle Harling Fisheries) for which weekly and day tickets are available. Due to the close proximity of the lakes young children must be closely supervised. The lakes are pleasant to walk around with a woodland on site and surrounding fields are grazed by horses, sheep and cattle.
The site is in excess of one acre. All pitches are lawned with space for awnings and there is a water supply to each pitch.
East Harling village is approx one mile. It has a local shop with bakery open early until 9pm which also sells newspapers and has a small off licence. There are two public houses each serving food, a Chinese Restaurant/Takeaway and a fish, chips and kebab shop. The village also boasts a butchers, chemist, fire station, doctors, dentist and DIY store amongst others. There is a recreation ground, social club and play area nearby. All are within walking distance.
The site is on the edge of Thetford forest with many walks and cycle paths to enjoy.
Places to visit include The English Whisky Distillery and Swallow Aquatics at Roudham, Snetterton Racetrack, Banham Zoo, Bressingham Gardens and Steam Museum, High Lodge at Brandon and Red Lodge karting Centre. If you enjoy car boot sales, both Snetterton and Banham Zoo hold one on a Sunday morning.
Nearby market towns with large supermarkets and shopping include Diss, Thetford, Attleborough and Bury St Edmunds.
