The Iron Pit Gym

On the 8th day god created the iron pit..... And the devil stood to attention.
The iron pit has been created by a former royal marine commando and bodyguard who has hand picked elements of training all over the world to form the perfect gym!
There are no egoes in the iron pit, just you and that dirty lump of metal laughing at you if you can't pick it up.
No body cares if you cry, bleed or even piss yourself but at the end of a hard sesh somebody will bump knuckles and hug you if you require it?
The iron pit is a place you come to listen to music that will drown out then fanny thoughts running through your head and turn it into pure Agression. So if you love being strong as fuck and smashing every single session you do then you will love the no nonsense atmosphere created here....... If you are scared of any of the above then this isn't the gym for you!
