The Fox & Hounds Whitchurch

Here at The Fox & Hounds we have country pub feel despite being in the suburbs. There are distinct dining and eating areas with wooden floorboards and settles at the front and dark grey flagstones and seats at the rear.

Our long wooden bar features contrasting light and dark wooden panels and gleaming brass handpumps serving Brains Bitter, SA, Dark, Rev James Original and Rev James Gold along with one usually reserved for the current Brains seasonal beer such as Bread of Heaven. The pub is recognised for its beer quality by CAMRA and is a regular in the Good Beer Guide and also holds Cask Marque accreditation.

There is a surprisingly large beer garden with plenty of tables which is ideal for the summer months and we try and make the most out of it by holding regular events and we also have a smoking shelter.

Food is served all day. Grill nights are Tuesdays while Wednesdays are curry nights and there is a cask ale night on Saturdays with real ales available for £2.30 a pint.

Kitchen Opening hours are:
Monday to Saturday from 12pm to 9pm, and from 12pm to 8pm on Sundays.
