The Beach Hut at No 72a

Daily Rate : £35 including all tea, coffee, hot chocolate & use of all equipment.

Weekly Rates : These are Monday to Sunday inclusive.
Until 18th May inclusive : £85 including all amenities as listed above.
19th May - 29th June £165 including all amenities as listed above.
30th June - 31st August £200 including all amenities listed above.

All bookings require £50 deposit, non-refundable for cancellations and taken off the balance due when keys are handed to you. We also require a security deposit of £50 in the form of a cheque against any possible damage which will be returned on check out.

PARTIES : Children's parties are 3 hours long, and include all children's food, drinks and party bags and use of play equipment, and also tea and coffee facilities for adults. Minimum is 8 children, maximum is 10. The cost per child is £7.50 and all you need to do is turn up - we will have you all set up, and come back at the end and clear up!

Adult tea parties include sandwiches, cakes, cream tea, tea, coffee & either prosecco or Pimms and are £12.50 per head. Minimum of 6, maximum of 8 and again we do all the work for you so you can just sit and enjoy !
