Taste of Italia

Our first Pizzeria and Delicatessen in Mildenhall, Suffolk, a 50 cover restaurant with a menu consisting of traditional starters, pasta dishes, desserts and of course pizzas made and prepared by hand using traditional methods, with ingredients like the famous 'Caputo' flour, San Marzano Tomatoes & toppings coming fresh from our Delicatessen each morning, so if we run out of salami during service, no problems we just slice some more there and then!!

We decided to ship across from Italy our wood fired pizza oven from MAM in Modena, this oven can cook 12 pizzas at one and is the focal point of the Pizzeria, we use eco-friendly beech heat log briquettes which helps our oven keep at a consistant heat so a perfect pizza is produced time and again.

Our aim is to provide a "Taste of Italia" through our restaurant, delicatessen & cafe, all the dishes are freshly made using only the best Italian products and we combine them with locally sourced products, a beautiful selection of products will be available in our delicatessen plus a range of Italian coffee, herbal teas, soft drinks, beers, wine, bread and pastries!
