SX MMA

At SX MMA you can expect a friendly atmosphere and a creative and fun approach to training. With SX you will learn the most effective and up to date grappling techniques & you will be encouraged to develop and create your own unique style, be it for competitive grappling, MMA or self-defence.

Essex Submission Wrestlers combines all of the grappling martial art forms to create an all round no-gi grappling art that is of optimal effectiveness for competition and Self-Defence purposes. Our Submission Wrestling is mostly influenced by Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Freestyle Wrestling and MMA.

All fitness and experience levels are very welcome. Who ever you are, you will be respected and have your individual goals understood at our club.

Our membership options are very flexible, including pay as you train and monthly payment options, and if suitable to your goals you will be encouraged to combine your training with other clubs.
