Sunrise Coast Holiday Lets – North Denes Lowestoft

Situated on a quiet and relaxed site at the North Denes Caravan Park. Only meters away from the sea wall and 2 minutes away from sandy dunes and beach. We have two modern caravans available to let, both with double glazing and central heating ensuring a warm and cosy holiday all year round.

We want to make your stay as hassle free as possible and on arrival there will be a welcome basket waiting for you, we also provide bedding and towels so you don’t have to.

Dogs are welcome and can stay free of charge. They will receive their own welcome basket and bowls, blankets etc. are also provided.

AVONMORE
Our Willerby Avonmore is a modern and contemporary styled 6 berth caravan that’s only a year old.
The Avonmore has a large open plan living area with plenty of seating, an electric fireplace, TV and DVD player.
A modern well equipped kitchen with everything you should need including a microwave, gas hob and oven. Also a built in fridge freezer.
The dining area has a free standing table and seating for four.
The main bedroom has one double bed with a memory foam mattress and en suite toilet.
There are two single beds in the second bedroom which can be made up with a kids theme if requested. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. The modern family bathroom has a shower.
Outside the caravan is a large enclosed decking area providing a safe environment for both children and dogs. The decking is south facing making it perfect for all day sun and alfresco dining. Next to the decking is the gravel driveway.

SOLARA
Our Willerby Solara (2012 model) is a modern 6 berth caravan.
The Solara has a large living area with plenty of seating, a gas fireplace, TV and DVD player.
Also a dining area with a free standing table and seating for four.
A modern well equipped kitchen with everything you should need including a microwave, gas hob and oven.
The main bedroom has one double bed, there are two single beds in the second bedroom which can be made up with a kids theme if requested. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. The modern bathroom has a shower.
Outside the caravan is currently grass, but is being improved to include a gravel driveway and patio seating area.

Gas bottles, electric, bed linen, duvets and towels are all included in your stay.
WiFi is available on site for an additional charge.
Late checkout and early checkin can be arranged on request.


Surrounding area:
North Denes park is the most easterly caravan park in Britain, situated right on the east coast meters away from the sea.
Let the sound of waves lull you to sleep and be the first to see the sunrise in the morning.
“East Point” is a 5 minute walk along the sea front promenade.
The park has a small newsagents and shop on site selling all the basics and Lowestoft town centre is a 15 minute walk away.
Overlooked by the Grade 11 listed Lowestoft Lighthouse, opposite the park is the Sparrows Nest Gardens. Which have a play area for small children, large open parkland, the Martello Coffee house (open for breakfast through to 5pm) and a great Italian Restaurant –Giardinos as well as Lowestoft maritime museum.
There are plenty of places to walk dogs. At the south exit of the park is a large green area where you will meet plenty of fellow dog walkers. North is more green fields changing to sandy dunes and beach.

By car: Africa Alive! Zoo, Pleasurewood Hills theme park, Historic Norwich City Centre, Oulton Broad (Gateway to the Broads National Park), RSPB Minsmere Nature Reserve and lots more.
