Stephen Robinson LTD

Stephen Robinson Ltd is a family business based in Hillsborough in Northern Ireland, where the family have lived and farmed for 300 years. Today's operations are still based out of the original farmstead.

Founded by Stephen's father in 1929 as ‘Robinson Bros., Farm Produce and General Merchants' to provide a range of farm supplies, the company diversified into used agricultural tractors and machinery in the 1950s.

Two decades later, a global export arm had developed. Exporting tractors, plant and farm machinery all over the world, we became widely known as 'The Tractor People'.

During this period we also expanded to offer a full range of quality construction plant. In 2000, we became the official all-Ireland dealer for Arrowhead Rockdrill, a class-leading manufacturer of innovative construction equipment.

The company has continued to diversify with core areas of the business now including the sale of luxury and performance cars and an extensive range of Ford tractor spares.

We can also offer transport and shipping. We hold a full international transport licence to operate up to 65 tonne tractor units and machinery trailers, and offer international shipping in partnership with Evergreen Shipping.

The business today is run by Stephen and his son Andrew.
