St Albans Food & Drink Festival

The St Albans Food & Drink Festival is now in its 10th year, showcasing the fantastic range of food, drink and produce available throughout St Albans District.

The festival starts on 27th September with the CAMRA Beer & Cider Festival at the Alban Arena until 30 September. A great Street Feastival on Sunday 1 October will set St Peter's Street ablaze with street food, demonstrations and general frivolity! The Awards on 2 October at Sopwell House will showcase the best that the District has to offer and a week of events, activities, workshops, dinners and deals run through until 7 October.

Throughout the week, many of the pubs, restaurants and hotels in the District are offering meal deals or holding events including tastings, workshops and cookery demonstrations. There will be festival stalls giving you the chance to sample and buy local food from artisan producers who love their food as much as you do!

As part of the Food and Drink Festival, the St Albans Food and Drink Awards celebrate the fantastic places and people working in food and drink industry throughout the St Albans District.

Voting for the St Albans Food and Drink Awards will open to the public this summer, giving you the chance to vote your favourite restaurant, bar, pub, café, producer or shop for the recognition that they deserve. Winners will be revealed at the Awards Evening on 2 October at Sopwell House Hotel.
