SPS Kickboxing

SPS Kickboxing is a Kickboxing School for Children aged 3-16.
SPS is UK Freestyle Kickboxing and is under WAKO (World Association of Kickboxing Organisations) Professional Body, whom I have my insurance with. I am a qualified Black Belt, wanting to pass my passion on to others.
There are two classes starting on the 14th January 2015; the first is for 3-10 years (Little Knights) their lesson is 4pm-5pm every Wednesday at the Honiton Community Centre. The second class is from 5pm-6pm for 10-16 years old.

There is the opportunity within the classes to gain belts through gradings.

The style of Kickboxing can be described as Olympic Style boxing with kicks, this style focuses on technique and speed instead if strength placing less stress on the body at an age where the body is still developing. ALl techniques are above belt height.

The classes will include practising techniques in the air as well as on pads.
