Speech Therapy with Leah

Providing 1:1 Specialist Speech and Language Therapy for children and young people with speech, language and communication needs in the home and/or nursery/ preschool/ school settings.

Supporting and training parents/carers, education staff, and others with an interest in speech, language and communication to understand the risk/impact difficulties have on children's abilities to be confident communicators.

I offer full, holistic assessment of children's speech, language and communication abilities. My comprehensive written reports can be used to support EHCPs.

-ASD/ Asperger's Syndrome
-learning difficulties

All therapy is completed by myself. I use a range of specialised techniques/ interventions and a play based approach to support children and families. This may include:
-using visual helpers (objects, photos, pictures, and/or symbols) to increase language skills
