Sara Brown (RCA PGCE) is a practising artist who has exhibited widely in the United Kingdom since studying at the Royal College of Art, being taught by artists such as Norman Acroyd, Peter de Francia and Eduordo Paolozzi, all major British artists and printmakers who gave her a love and passion for etching and printmaking that she has used extensively, together with painting and textile outcomes. She is a qualified teacher of 15 years, specialising in Printmaking, Textile and Sculptural outcomes.
You have the opportunity, regardless of having no experience or prior knowledge of printmaking, to engage in developing your skills and interests beyond what your expectations and subject knowledge are. You will be able to use your new found skills to elevate and enhance your abilities through an in-depth approach to drawing and fine art techniques to create your own high quality printed outcome. Using photographic imagery, together with painting, sculpture and textiles techniques that, when combined or independently developed, can produce unbelievable prints.
Sara teaches how to draw with a wide variety of tools and techniques that will open endless doors to possibilities that have lain dormant within you.
