At Saporearte Ristorante we serve authentic, home-cooked Italian cuisine right in the heart of Waltham Abbey.

Our Italian chef, Roberto, brings the flavours of his home region, Puglia in south-east Italy, together with those from his mother's hometown of Napoli (Naples), to provide authentic Italian cuisine to the pretty little market town of Waltham Abbey and surrounding areas.

We also offer a range of familiar, traditional dishes from across Italy, such as Spaghetti Bolognese (Bologna), Carbonara (Rome) and Linguine alle Genovese (Naples).

Our new owner, Lester Brooks, is from Melbourne, famous for its own Italian restaurant district, Lygon Street. Lester's love of Lygon Street has inspired him to bring an Australian twist to Saporearte in Waltham Abbey, combining the easygoing Australian approach to life with the full-on flavours of authentic, home-cooked Italian food.
