What is done to refurbish these items.
1) Visual inspection "check for any visual defects"
2) Secondly, the pumps and filters are cleaned out.
3)Then the motors are checked and new brushes are fitted.
4) At this point the machines are plumbed in and a water in water out test (this checks that some of the components are working properly.
5)Then the appliance is checked on different settings to make sure it is completing its cycles correctly.
6) Once the qualified engineers are happy that the appliance is ready to be sold only then will it be then sent to a cleaning department.
