Using the leadership experience we had developed we structured our business during the first 12 months by working with just 5 people on a Leadership Development Programme. During that first year (10 months of that was part time) we were able to help those 5 people to become successful Managers, each creating full time incomes on a part time basis. By mentoring and supporting those 5 people to those Manager positions we became Leadership Soaring Managers with a six figure residual income. Now 20 years on we have increased those 5 Managers to 14 personally sponsored success stories.
