Private parking area by the side of the caravan, patio area with picnic bench, BBQ. 5 minutes walk to the main Haven facilities complex. 15 minute walk to the beach for crabbing and the Water Sport facilities.

Spacious open plan lounge and dining area with large L-shaped seating, it is complimented by a folding dining table and stools, glass flame effect electric fire, TV with inbuilt DVD to complete the stylish living area. Kitchen comprises of gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge with box freezer, it is fully equipped to cater for up to eight guests.

Double glazing, combi boiler central heating system with radiators in each of the bedrooms, bathroom, hallway and lounge.

Spacious shower room including WC with en suite access to the master bedroom.

Separate WC with wash hand basin.

Bed linen included.

Fun works passes are not included but can be purchased at reception on arrival.
