We are a specialist independent provider of tuition on guitar, drum kit, piano, keyboard and vocals providing lessons at schools and colleges across England from our superbly equipped studios at our headquarters in Hampshire. We cater for many different types of students, offering group lessons and individual tuition for all styles and disciplines (including classical and bass guitar), as well as providing band workshops for those wanting to develop skills for playing in groups and performing live.

If you have lessons with us, you can be sure it’ll be great - That’s everybody, whether you’re a primary school student just taking your first steps with one of the instruments or trying our Junior 1st Play programme or an advanced player looking to develop your skills further or you’re jamming with other musicians in one of our band programmes.

Accredited qualifications are available for all disciplines, whether that’s from our own publications or external providers such as Rockshool, Trinity College or the ABRSM (The Associated Board). In addition to all the various grade examinations, our Band Programme leads to Ofqual Level 1-3 qualifications.

The Foundation’s driving force is Steven Sammut. and has now taught over 40,000 students and boasts a pass rate in external exams of over 95%,

Our goal is to train and inspire young musicians so they reach the pinnacle of their musical potential, and our vision is to build a continuous pathway from taking the first steps on an instrument to attending specialist colleges or even entering the music industry.
