Recover:Repeat

Recover : Repeat is a soft tissue clinic based in a picturesque spot on the edge of the Ashdown Forest which uses a vareity of soft tissue techniques including sports massage, soft tissue release and Muscle Energy Techniques to keep you fit and enjoying the sport or activity you do.

It's run by Kerry White who is a Level 5 Sport Massage and Remedial Therapist and who trained at the North London School of Sports Massage (NLSSM). I am fully insured and a member of the Sports Massage Association (SMA) and the Sports Therapist Association (STA).

I am also a volunteer UK Sport practitioner supporting the talent assessment events for #DiscoverYour Gold - a national talent identification campaign run by the English Institute of Sport and UK Sport in association with various Olympic and Paralympic sports. My role was to support the delivery of a number of physiological and skill based assessments.
