Welcome to my fitness page!!
I have worked in the fitness industry for 13 years, starting at the tender age of 17. I have trained in Zumba, worked at Curves and helped people achieve their goals in the gym for a very long time. But, Pilates and Mindful Movement is where my heart is :) I trained to be a Pilates Instructor 4 years ago and never looked back. It is my passion, my lifestyle and love.
I gained my fitness qualifications more traditionally through college and university, graduating with a BTEC in Sport Performance, HND in Sport & Exercise and 1st Class Honors in Sport Management. I truly believe this has given me a strong foundation of knowledge on the body, nutrition and movement.
I have continued learning about the body and movement through my study of Pilates and love to create Pilates Flows. I have developed my flows of Pilates with Suspension Fitness, Barre, Aerial Silks and Contemporary Mat Pilates. I love teaching this method!!! I love to pass on my passion for good movement, new challenges with equipment and how you can improve your lifestyle and body with Pilates.
I offer a wide range of classes at Liberty Health Club and Hudswell Village Hall. So please check out my timetable!! :D
