Primal is a North West based gym, in Chester, with a foundation unlike any other.

Primal doesn't limit itself by any fitness-fad label or stick to only one approach to fitness.

Primal's objective is to provide not just physical training, but a complete approach to human functionality and performance, based on those primal movement types that are most important to us in the real world.

Created by Chester Based Trainer, Pete Axon, in 2016, Primal combines unique products with his unique actionable information, aimed at helping people achieve a new level of physical achievement and well-being.
