Pole Sisters Studios Maidstone are situated in David Lloyd Maidstone with 6 fixed Poles and only 2 people to a pole to ensure you get as much training time on the pole. With 50mm and 40mm Poles you will be able to try tricks and spins on a variety of poles.

Pole Fitness is a good and fun way to stay in shape with an aerobic/dance workout before commencing to Pole Routines and Sequencing for every level. We want to inspire you and at the same time we are confident you will inspire us, together we learn and laugh with the art of Pole Fitness.
