Suitable: Mixed ability classes. All levels of fitness - beginner’s welcome
New students and beginners welcome to join the class any time. Classes are suitable for both men and women teaching you pole tricks, spins, transitions and poses, we will have you moving like never before! Expect to increase muscle tone as you progress each week, accomplishing moves you never thought possible. With just some simple and achievable techniques you will begin to feel and see a transformation projecting your new found confidence along the way!

What To Wear: Shorts or leggings, T shirt or vest trainers or bare feet. Avoid wearing jewellery, moisturisers or oils on the skin.

Cost: First Lesson just £10
Then £12.50 each. Or 1 lesson a Month for £40
2 lessons a week £75. 3 lessons a week £110
