We work with local businesses who are as passionate about local produce as we are. A match made in Heaven.
We source all of our fresh fish from Jacqui of El Pescadero who drives to Brixham Market five days a week to source the finest fish possible for us. Our Chef's then create lovely fresh dishes each day for our Restaurant.. We use local Exmoor Ale batter for our fish and chips to takeaway or eat in. Delicious.
Every Thursday we feature small sharing plates for our guests to enjoy together. Our Spring "Celebrate and Share" nights include Thai Street Food, Spanish Tapas, Greek Mezze, Italian Antipasti and Sushi dishes. All at 10% off to our members! Pips Club is free to join, simply click on the tab above.
Our bass and bream is farmed from the sea to the plate in hours. The fish are tagged and tracked all the way to the buyer, farmed responsibly and sustainably.
Our cod comes from the ice cold clean water of Norway which stocks some of healthiest fisheries in the world, and is of course sustainable and MSC certified.
By looking for the MSC label when shopping or dining out, you can enjoy eating any of these species responsibly. Just make sure to look for the blue label!
