Phoenix Kyokushin Karate

We are a local karate club which is part of the Independent Kyokushin Karate Union (IKKU). We pride ourselves on our relaxed and enjoyable training atmosphere.

We train Sunday mornings at the Phoenix Centre in Wallington, with the under 16's class starting at 10.00am and finishing at 11.00am. The Adults class (16+) then starts at 11.00am finishing at 12.15pm.
Classes are a mix of traditional Kyokushin training methods, fitness and bag work. Our 3 friendly instructors ensure everyone gets attention and enjoyment out of the sessions.

Please arrive ten minutes before the session to allow time to change and get a light warm up before the group warm up.

Please also bring a drink. Beginners more than welcome, First session free.
