My name is Tomasz. I'm someone who is trying to make my dreams come true! Since I was 15 years old I spent most of my free time in the gym. I was trying to achieve my goals and the gym became my life and passion. After years my friends and family convinced me to change my passion into my career. I did my level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and would like to pass on my knowledge, skills and experience to people who strive for excellence. I can help you lose body fat, building muscle mass and improving core strength.

My main speciality is body building although I'm not limited. I'm always in the mood for a challenge. I'm enthusiastic, helpful and a smiling person who will be happy to help you to achieve your long, medium and short term goals. Body building is my passion.

Training is my passion. Training is hard work, sometimes painful but together we can achieve your goals. You dream about having a body like a movie star?
