I have been lucky enough to have been brought up surrounded by animals. Our family have had numerous dogs & cats over the years and I spent many a happy day with my mothers goats ! I was also privileged enough to also share a horse with my sister & rode for many years. My children have had a variety of small pets including rabbits, guinea pigs, gerbils and hamsters & we now have chickens - in short I LOVE animals !
I worked as a residential social worker in a children's home & in a school setting as a Special Needs Assistant/LSA so have a full CRB check.Dog Walking Service :
There for you when you cannot walk your dog whether due to work commitments, holiday or illness.
Your dog can be walked individually if they are nervous or don't like company. Or they can be walked within a group. I never take more than three dogs (although I have insurance for up to six). Your dog can be walked on or off the lead depending on your preference. If off the lead I would need written permission from you and would personally like to walk your dog in a secure setting where I could be sure of good recall.
I provide a free consultation where I can meet you and your pet and we can discuss your needs further. Walks usually last an hour (excluding pick up/drop off) but can be shorter/longer depending on your requirements. If for example you have a puppy I can come in and check on them, clear up any mess and give then a 10-15 min. walk with some play.
Charges :
Individual walk £15
Group walk (max 3 dogs)

2 dogs from same family £15

Cat/Small Pet/Chicken Sitting:
I can visit once or twice daily whilst you are away on holiday . Visits include feeding, cleaning cat litter trays, hutches, coops or cages plus grooming/handling if necessary. I can let your cat/small pet/chickens out in the morning and call/get them back in the evening if you require them to be safe indoors/hutches/coops over night. There is also the added benefit of when you have a home visit for your cat/small pet/chickens I can pick up the post, water plants open/close curtains to give a 'lived in' look to give added security.
Charges :
1 daily visit £10
2 daily visits £15
I can also look after other animals such as donkeys, ponies, goats, rats,snakes and birds, please contact me to discuss your needs.
Veterinary Visits :
I can transport your pet to veterinary appointments when you are unable to.
