We set up this page so that you can stay in touch with us and get the latest updates on implantable hearing solutions like our Ponto Implant System and our Neuro Cochlear Implant system. Here we would like to provide you with the opportunity to share experiences and talk to other recipients of our implantable hearing solutions and devices.

Whether you have had your device for 20 years, 20 days or have just been recommended bone anchored surgery, we want to hear from you! We encourage all users and their families to enjoy active discussions on this page and would be grateful for any feedback you have on the value of the page.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We aim to get back to you within 1 working day and if this is not possible we will let you know when to expect an answer.
