I have been working as a personal trainer for the last few years, recruiting clients and working with them to obtain their goals and maintain motivation. I have a proven track record in retaining clients on a long-term basis with solid results. I have experience in boxing,thai boxing,bjj and mma, self defence, pad work, kettlebells,circuit training and group fitness and specialise in obesity prevention.nutrition and supplementation.

I've been working out myself for 15 years trying different programmes,exercises and techniques.

There is no feeling better than being physically fit – except knowing that someone else is physically fit because of you! I am a trained Physical Trainer with years of experience.

• Demonstrating how to perform different exercises and routines
• Observing clients do exercises and telling them right techniques to reduce injury and improve fitness
• Giving substitute exercises during classes for different levels of fitness and skill
• Keeping an eye on clients’ progress and adjust programs as needed

Im a freelancer and i would train you at your home or outdoor, using HIIT workouts, circuits, basic boxing\thai boxing techniques. All sessions are friendly followed by personalised plan.
