One HealthTech is a network that celebrates and promotes the extraordinary talents and remarkable work that women and people with diverse backgrounds are achieving in healthtech.
One HealthTech will inspire, support and champion greater inclusivity in healthtech because, without ensuring diversity from the Board all the way to the frontline, the healthtech industry will never reach its full potential.

WHAT WE DO
OHT supports the health and care community through education, mentorship, promoting the positive effects of inclusion in technology, encouraging broader participation at meetings and events, and championing diversity in leadership. So far, our events have looked at virtual reality, healthtech startup investment strategies, disrupting clinical trials, user-centred design and artificial intelligence in health.

OUR MEMBERS
Since establishing our network as HealthTech Women in late 2015, our network has grown to over 11,000 members across 6 regional hubs in the UK. Spanning all ages and backgrounds, our members include clinicians, technologists, scientists, strategists, students, as well as healthtech hobbyists, enthusiasts and novices.
