North Pembrokeshire Nordic Walking

I moved to West Wales back in December 2013 to start running a Bed and Breakfast. But before I moved I was regally joining a Nordic Walking group in Hertfordshire. Now that the Bed and breakfast is set up and running nicely. It was time to set up North Pembrokeshire Nordic Walking (NPNW).

There is a little girl, with no worries in the world striding up a welsh mounting, with the wind trying to stop here but she was very determined, She felt alive, and calm’
This was one of my earliest memories I have, and then one that makes me fell so a live when I think back to it.
When I tried Nordic walking for the first time, this felling come alive again.
I have been many things in my working life, Costume supervisor, Events organise, Childminder, Hostess. I trained to be an instructor as I am very passionate about Nordic Walking, as it gives you this amazing felling, As well as the added bonus of being incredible good for. Plus all ages and ablates can come and join in.
