Newdigate PT

Newdigate PT has joined the Drop Zone Extreme Fitness Team and will be operating from their premises for the foreseeable future. Drop Zone Extreme Fitness has had an overhaul and now boasts an impressive array of classes and a brand new weights gym. I have joined their team as gym instructor and personal trainer, You can find me there from 7 am - 11 am every week day.
I am also offering a fitness consultation service, This will include a fitness and well being assessment, looking at lifestyle and diet. Followed by developing a fitness and nutrition program that fits in with your life. This will include 1-2-1 sessions, a written exercise program and review sessions to check progress. (please note that I am not a nutritional or health care professional and can only give guidance. Any change in diet or activity should not be taken if there is an existing or potential health problem, Unless you have consulted your GP)
