It is our view that every person who trains with us is guided and supported by a professional trainer at the top of their field. As we regularly state, it would be unacceptable for us to come to your place of work and claim to be able to do your professional duties as competently as you do......So why is it that everyday people are able to go to a gym and be allowed to 'guess' their way around.
