My name is Paul Nelson and I have recently opened Nelson Recruitment Services Ltd (NRS).

I have worked in the recruitment industry for over 10 years, specialising predominantly in the supply of temporary and permanent Driving, Industrial and Skilled & Technical Staff.

I made the decision to set up on my own for a variety of different reasons, I have been lucky enough to work at a number of large national agencies and most recently a small one branch operation. Over the years I have experienced the good, the bad and the ugly sides of recruitment, from drivers being sent out to work without the correct license, to an agency short paying the workers every week to purely line their own pockets.

These experiences left me shocked and disgusted at the quality of the staff in all areas at these agencies. This has led me to take the decision to set up on my own, giving myself total control over front office, Price, Quality of workers and quality of service. Also total control over back office, paying the workers right and on-time, invoicing and credit control.
