The Murray Studios in Anstruther are located within the refurbished building adjacent to the Murray Library in Anstruther. This development comprises seven high spec individual business units, with individually controlled heating, ample lighting, Wi-Fi facilities, a shared coffee/tea station and social area. Additionally, a separate meeting area will be available for those working in Murray Studios and to those from the local community wishing to rent it on an occasional basis. Specifically aimed at providing space for those working in the creative industry sector, Murray Studios are ideal for small and start-up businesses and for a creative industries professional or group wishing to work in a creative hub, located in a picturesque seafront location. They are only available to people working in the following areas:

Available Studios & Rental Terms.

The sizes of the units are as follows: 4 small studios are approx 9 sq m/96 sq ft, and the 3 larger studios are approx 12 sq m/127 sq ft. The all-inclusive monthly rental includes building insurance, lighting, heating, Wi-Fi and external window cleaning. Terms are flexible (minimum 6 months) and rents are very competitive: smaller units are £170 per month and larger units are £202 per calendar month (inclusive of VAT).

These units are managed by Murray Library Trustees (Landlords) and are not currently available for hire; however we foresee the same or similar units becoming available in the future and encourage anyone who might be interested in business units in the East Neuk area to register their interest with the Murray Library Trustees.
