Siraj has been a qualified head chef for over 25 years.
Siraj was one of the first people to open an Indian restaurant in Clevedon.(Old Moguls)
He has much experience dealing with a variety of Indian and Bangladeshi cuisines.
Siraj believes using fresh ingredients in all his cooking and selecting good quality products.
Food is prepared from start to finsh, so the spices are always fresh.
