Mister Magnolia

The beautiful and historic village of Ditchling has an exciting coffee shop, Mister Magnolia, that promises a fun, family-friendly experience in a relaxed and homely environment. We offer a small but delicious menu, freshly prepared to order on the premises, including a selection of cakes, pastries, cooked breakfast, warming jacket potatoes with delicious fillings, homemade soup and a new healthy and fun range of children's meals.
Opened by mother of four, Sophie, Mister Magnolia's has been set up with little ones in mind, with child-sized desks and chairs, free painting and colouring books, and toys for them to play with.
'I wanted Mister Magnolia's to be warm, welcoming and inviting, a place where everybody - children, parents, groups or people on their own - feels happy to come to,' says Sophie. 'The activities are there so that mums and dads can have time out over a coffee while their children play safely nearby.'
We offer pizza on Thursday and Friday nights, pop-up children's cinema, along with a large room to hire for anything from meetings to parties. And you can relax in our patio garden while the children play on our vintage boat.
